Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in the order total or shipping cost. AUTOCI is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@shopautoci.com and we'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
